Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.

Inspired by the life, and death, of Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum is crafted from authentic Caribbean rum distilled from blackstrap molasses, select spices and natural flavourings, then finished in double charred blackened oak for its distinctive dark colour and premium, smooth taste. Bumbu is an exquisite, all-natural craft rum blended with native Caribbean ingredients. Crafted by hand in Barbados, Bumbu is distilled from premium sugarcane hand-selected from eight countries throughout the Caribbean and South America, and aged up to 15 years.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics.
