The Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay is made using very traditional winemaking techniques involving wild yeasts and the use of French oak barriques. The resulting wine is always finely flavoured and softly textured with a linear elegance that allows the wine to retain its freshness. Lovely aromatics of white flowers, peach, biscuit and flint. Integrated fresh flavours of stone fruits, lemon zest and roasted nuts create a generous and complex feel across the palate which is elegant and long on the finish.

Bin 51 is a pure expression of Eden Valley Riesling — elegant, refined and world-class. From the region’s high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards comes a wine brimming with floral and citrus aromas, lifted by a mineral edge and natural acidity. Matured for 16 months in French oak barriques on lees. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and dried honey aromas are intermeshed with biscuity oak, nougat and subtle spicy cashew notes. Mid weighted white peach and nectarine fruits show good flesh with notions of dried honey, spicy nougat, biscuity oak and delicate cashew unwinding on the fresh finish.
