**New Release** The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth. Handcrafted from our estate-grown grapes. In keeping with tradition, The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth is an aromatised fortified wine, flavoured with distinctive herbs and botanicals. Deep copper and garnet in colour through barrel maturation, our Rosé Vermouth is fresh in berry characters, raisins, caramelised figs and a rancio nuttiness. Complex in its aromatics, the middle palate displays freshly cut orange, Christmas pudding, vanilla and elderflower bringing forward the bitters that structure a long, subtle finish. The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth may be married with our Navy Strength Gin for a characterful martini, a Negroni or simply serve over ice with a large slice of orange or grapefruit.

Three Bridges Botrytis Semillion

Elegant bouquet of pineapple, marmalade, touch of cinnamon & nutty vanillan oak. A luscious palate of apricots, honey & citrus flavours combines with botrytis sweetness, finishing with an alluring freshness. Ideal accompaniment to caramelised pear with marscapone cream, drizzled over seasonal fruit with ice cream, blue vein cheese, dried fruit and nuts. Fruit sourced from the Riverina, New South Wales, Australia.

Georg Jensen Hallmark Sparkling Rose

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvée is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

Taylors Fine Tawny Port

Taylors Fine Tawny is drawn from wines selected for their smoothness and mellow character. Pale brick in colour with a broad amber rim. Mellow aromas of succulent ripe berry fruit, butterscotch and figs interwoven with attractive nutty and spicy aromas. Smooth and round on the palate and full of rich strawberry jam flavours.

Gutierrez Colosia Oloroso

Chestnut brown, watery quince at the rim. Sandalwood, golden tobacco and sweet spice frame a rich, round nose of maple-roasted walnuts. The palate juxtaposes power and elegance, with hazelnut praline, honey-drizzled green fig & toffee. 'Offers a slightly darker profile, with date, toffee and burnt orange peel notes, staying dry and taut overall. Ben Haines Everyday Series Red

A lightly structured, light-medium bodied blend of piquant freshness. Harmonious, where no variety is distinct. Each plays its role, but the whole beats to its own rhythm. Lively summer fruits, herb and spice and a floral lift. Wafts of gaminess too. Lunch-time appropriate at 11.8% abv. Lightly chill if you feel, or not. Best between 12-14 degrees in my opinion.

Niepoort Ruby Port Non-Vintage

Is there a better time to enjoy Port than in the cooler months? Were loving the Niepoort Ruby Port from Portugal. Its a young, juicy-fruit fortified with cherry and plum flavours, and goes down beautifully with soft cheeses. This Port from Douro Valley Portugal speaks of bright red berry, red earth and attractive sweet spice with a pleasing alcoholic finish and 100 g/l residual sugar. Serve room temperature or chilled. No decanting nessesary.

Pirie Sparkling Non-Vintage

This sparkling wine is a pale straw/gold colour with a fine and persistent bead. Bready and biscuity autolysis notes from lees ageing are balanced by crisp apples and citrus lift. Vibrant lemony acidity adds drive to a full and rich mid-palate, vigorous mousse and a slaty, mineral persisting finish. 'The texture is soft and swirling, a real triumph.
