Maison Les Alexandrins is a collaboration between two renowned winegrowers from the Rhone Valley - Nicolas Jaboulet and Alexandre Caso. Their wines are crafted in a signature style that is at once contemporary and timeless, and always from exceptional vineyards unearthed by Alexandre Caso, a specialist in the terroirs of the Northern Rhone. A blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, and 10% Marsanne. The fruit sourced from the low altitude vineyards provide crispness and delicacy, while the hillside vineyards bring density and richness from their granitic soils. Beautiful pale-yellow colour with shiny reflections. Combining freshness and deliciousness, the nose is seductive with aromas of ripe pears and candied quince, highlighted by spicy notes of anise. The palate reveals a beautiful balance and roundness with a tangy aromatic lift, which evolves into pastry and juicy fruit aromas. With great length, the finish presents a lovely texture which brings liveliness.

Intense, textured and showing pure fruit flavours, Jester Shiraz is considered Mitolo's baby G.A.M Shiraz using the same barrels in which the G.A.M was previously aged in. The palate is full of bright, red berry flavours, a subtle herbal character and an overall savoury quality to the finish. A gorgeous bright, crimson purple in appearance, with aromas of dark berries (blackberries, blackcurrants) and Morello cherries.
