Gravel Pit Shiraz comes from famed Willow Bridge Estate in the Margaret River. The wine is rich in aromas of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate. In the glass the shiraz is dense and layered with fruit sweet, primarily dark plums, but the ripe, nutty tannin structure is the real trademark of this wine.

This medium bodied and elegant wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced with a small percentage of classic varietals. Following fermentation and extended maceration, the wine has been matured in new and old French oak barriques, producing a complex blend of Margaret River fruit characters including cassis, eucalypt, capsicum, mulberry and plum with secondary notes of chocolate and cedar. 93/100 James Halliday Wine Companion 2016.

An absolutely knock out rosé featuring lovely lifted sour cherry aromas, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours and gorgeous fresh acidity giving it fantastic length. A fantastically complex, balanced and textural rosé ideal for summer afternoons. Lifted fragrant aroomas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.

Margaret River Syrah is noteworthy because of its fragrance and attractiveness in its youth. Aromas of juicy black cherries and boysenberries with a grind of black pepper. The palate possesses a fine grained texture comprising of ripe tannin which adds to the structure and depth of the wine.White pepper, black cherries and an eastern mosaic of spices greet on the nose, brought to yield by a soft palate of fleshy tannin and coating red and black fruits.

This Shiraz is uniquely Margaret River, with an incredible combination of fruit, spice and lingering fine-grained tannins. For the 2019 harvest, only the best blocks of Shiraz were harvested to make this limited production wine.

This vintage was co-fermented with 7.5% viognier to give the shiraz a more intensely perfumed bouquet and silkier texture. The palate has a wonderfully dry texture which gives a savoury character to the shiraz: dark plum, briary, brambly flavous and a fleshy, almost silky texture and a long, dry finish of considerable length.

Sourced from some of Margaret River’s finest vineyards, the wine is a vibrant purple in the glass, the nose is plush and vibrant with dark plum and warm spices. The palate has lovely expression, medium bodied red and blue fruits are supported by well-integrated, subtle tannins, perfect for a range of cuisines, especially the backyard BBQ. Lifted blackberries, mulberry, plums, earth and dark chocolate dominate the nose and palate at this early stage. Whilst showing plenty of inky dark fruits, violets and bitter chocolate. The palate also displays wonderful fruit and oak tannin, the result of 16 months oak maturation.
