Georg Jensen Hallmark Sparkling Rose
This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvée is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

A bright and complex palate with crisp acidity that provides freshness and excellent persistence of flavour. A wine to enjoy in its youth. It will also soften and build additional complexity in the shorter team. Serve lightly chilled to allow flavours to shine.

Beyond the Wilderness Pinot Noir
Lost Farm Tasmania Chardonnay
Richard Angove was very lucky to have grown up in a winemaking family. Since 1886, five generations of his family have worked in winemaking and grape growing. In 2008 he worked harvest in the beautiful Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania. He just loved the landscape, vineyards and flavours of the wines. Many years later when the opportunity arose to work with a number of small growers to create a range of small batch wines, he could not resist the opportunity, and so Lost Farm Wines was born.
