Pale golden colour and bright appearance, with a strong and biting aroma, intense vegetable nuances and notes of yeasts and almonds. It is an elegant, long dry wine on the palate, slightly warm and with a long persistence. This wine is aged through biological aging by the Jerez system of solera and criaderas, in American oak barrels of approx. 500 liters capacity.

During the 1920's, Clydesdale horses were used to distribute water from the main canal to the surrounding landscape of the Riverina. Stables were placed on the corner of Apostles and Moon Roads and at night the Apostles birds would roost in the stables, sharing the horses' food and bed for the evening.
