This wine has fresh lime and citrus aromas with tropical fruit flavours in the background. Lemon and grassy flavours follow on the palate, with a crisp dry finish.

919 Latin Collection Lambada is a fresh and luscious white fortified wine with bright citrus aromas and a smooth, candied orange and and honey flavour. Lambada is the perfect partner to comfort food on a wintery night: pears baked with honey and butter, golden syrup dumplings or creamy soft cheese.This wine does not need cellaring. Open it within a year, and consume within a month of opening to retain best freshness.

Sophisticated and uplifting this Pinot Grigio is a lively fusion of lime, pearand green apple, with a delightfully clean crisp finish.. Serve chilled andenjoy with seafood or soft cheese.

Pale golden colour and bright appearance, with a strong and biting aroma, intense vegetable nuances and notes of yeasts and almonds. It is an elegant, long dry wine on the palate, slightly warm and with a long persistence. This wine is aged through biological aging by the Jerez system of solera and criaderas, in American oak barrels of approx. 500 liters capacity.

Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with green shades. This Manzanilla has lifted floral aromatics of chamomile, with underlying nutty almond complexity. It is smooth with notes of almond and a briny seaspray. It is a light, fresh, dry wine, with a long lingering finish that leaves you craving another delicious morsel of food or another sip of this fantastic wines.

Bouquet: Elevated aromas of coffee bean and mocha, complemented by subtle notes of creamy chocolate. Palate: Rich and indulgent, showcasing flavours reminiscent of Kopiko candy, coffee, and chocolate, seamlessly intertwined with notes of raisins and vanilla derived from the Tawny wine base. How to enjoy: The ultimate mixer to create a Biscoff Espresso Martini, White Russian or a good old fashioned Espresso Martini. Pairs exceptionally well with chocolate, ice cream, or mixed nuts, and can also be enjoyed over ice as a refreshing beverage or mix it up to make one of our signature cocktails.

Sienna amber in colour. Aromas of caramel and rancio, dried fruits and nut. Luscious with generous caramel, chocolate and raisin flavours, developed characters from the time spent maturing contributes complexity and depth. Sacred Hill has been aged on oak and is designed for current consumption but will keep in the bottle for several years.

De Bortoli Sacred Hill Chardonnay has lifted stone fruits dominate the nose with background cashew and subtle hints of oak. A generous wine, jam packed with fruit flavour, finishing with lingering natural acidity.
