A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways. We suggest serving it neat, over ice, with cream, ice cream or mixed with espresso for a true hit. Yummy

Crafted from fragrant Lisbon and Eureka lemons, harvested from our Estate in Warrandyte and combined with condensed milk for a silky smooth texture. Once opened, store in the fridge and best consumed within 21 days. Contains Milk.
