Nanny Goat Crossbreed Rose
On the nose you are greeted by an appealing melange of powdered ginger, yellow rose petal, jasmine and freshly cut apple. The palate is crisp yet textural, with a core of juicy nashi pear and pink lady apple. A gentle whisp of tannin mid palate leads on to a fresh, satisfyingly dry finish. Crossbreed is our way of blurring the lines between traditionally accepted blends and varietal expressions. By co-fermenting on skins, we have sought to create a deliciously textural wine with intriguing aromatics and a light blush of colour.

The palate is rich, also with black fruit, but a hint of red fruit to add unexpected freshness.Textural and deep, this will age for up to ten years with grace (although its ready to enjoy now). The fruit is 100% destemmed then aged in 30% new oak. Novum use small parcels of fruit from specially selected sites on established Marlborough vineyards to craft the best wines and expressions of terroir possible. Their first vintage arrived in 2016. Novums primary focus is on Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Saddleback Pinot Noir

Greywacke Pinot Noir
Catalina Sounds Sound of White Pinot Noir
The Sound of White Pinot Noir captures the richness and density of fruit that this vineyard provides. Cherries, red and dark berry fruits abound with hints of violets and plum. The palate is juicy and powerful, yet retains a silken elegance, framed with oak tannin, leading to a very long, sustained finish. Enjoy with game meats on the back deck. New Zealand's Catalina water planes (known as flying boats) played a vital role across the South Pacific during and after World War II. Catalina Sounds pays homage to this plane and the beauty of the Marlborough Sounds where it served and made its home. Peter Jackson's aspiration at Catalina Sounds is to continue producing excellent quality wines of beautiful fruit expression, interest, finesse and balance. Striving to create wines of great honesty and integrity that are true to their site, while attempting to incorporate complexity and longevity into the wines.
