This distinct combination provides the perfect foundation for grapevine growth, allowing Reschke to consistently craft high-quality wines that capture the essence of the region. This Shiraz has intense aromas of dark berries, black plums, and a touch of cracked black pepper. Ripe fruit flavours harmonise with notes of dark chocolate and subtle oak, creating a full-bodied and velvety mouthfeel,while well-integrated tannins contribute to the lingering finish that leaves traces of blackberry with a hint of spice.

Zonnebloem has a deep and connected relationship with its history which dates back to the 1700s in South Africa. With the knowledge that great wine takes great time, Zonnebloeum hand craft a truly exceptional example of Cabernet Sauvignon here that is overflowing with aromas of thyme, cassis and dark cherry. A lively palate follows that has exceptional tannin structure and nice, long finish.

St Hallett and Shiraz goes hand in hand when you start talking about the Barossa. St Hallett Gamekeeper's Shiraz displays lifted and pretty notes of lively purple fruit characters with a delicate hint of violets. Pure red fruits dominate on the palate, with lifted spices of cinnamon. Long, lingering finish.

Chapel Hill's Michael Fragos loves using the Parsons label to showcase McLaren Vale's diversity and varietal character. To achieve the desired style and to harness the regal varietal flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are strategically harvested to avoid any green tannins or overripe jammy fruit flavours. Full-bodied in style, the palate is both eloquently pure and broodingly complex, supported by fine, savoury tannins. A great companion for a medium rare steak with a solid helping of steamed greens.
