Cape Jaffa was a pioneer both in the Mt Benson region and in terms of its focus on biocynamics and sustainability. The first of the Mount Benson wineries,Cape Jaffa’s fully certified biodynamic vineyard provides 50% of production, with additional fruit sourced from a certified biodynamic grower in Wrattonbully. The wine is made possible thanks to Rae Clark, a proud vigneron who has been working in the wine industry for around 30 years. She is a passionate advocate for improving biodiversity through sustainable vineyard practices in her home region of Coonawarra. And when it came to finding the best selection of Sauvignon Blanc for this new wine, the winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Rae. Aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and other tropical delights leap from the glass, backed up by a palate of spritely guava and gooseberry with a lively citrus finish.

Pale crimson with glimmers of garnet. Aromas of red and blue berries mingle with violet notes and gentle spice. The palate is fresh and balanced, with supple tannins, a touch of earthy minerality, and a clean, lingering finish that reflects its Coonawarra origins.

This hand-selected parcel of Cabernet fruit delivers a rich and fruit-driven wine with flavours of morello cherry and blackcurrant, followed by hints of pepper spice. The wine provides a full-bodied structure, silky tannins, and excellent varietal characteristics – for that lasting impression.

Refresh yourself with a dazzling RedHeads Sauvignon – proving how well Coonawarra, normally celebrated for its reds, especially Cabernet, handles white varieties. Lime and melon aromas add savoury character to the citrus fruit, which on the palate boasts gooseberry, grapefruit and hints of tropical passion fruit, Sereia, a rare girl's name comes from the Portuguese word for mermaid.
