Sourced from Juniper Estate's Wilyabrup vineyard, Metricup site and Karridale vineyard, all of which are sustainably farmed following organic practices. Winner of a Gold medal and scoring 95pts at Royal Melbourne, the Crossing Original Red displays aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and cherry with a lick of cassis and a red liquorice twist. Oak contributes subtle cedar and vanilla hints. Medium to full-bodied and silky in the mouth – the palate is driven by bright, juicy red fruits and a hint of dark chocolate. Impeccably balanced acid, discreet oak, glossy tannins and remarkable length. "80% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot, 4% cabernet franc, 3% malbec, 3% petit verdot. Estate fruit, fermented in seperate parcels, up to 21 days on skins, matured in French oak (10% new for 14 months. For a little cheapie, this packs a punch. Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

Krondorf is a Barossa wine name that is steeped in history and tradition. Beginning with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in 1850s, the Krondorf name was re-born by Grant Burge back in 1978 and today is one of the most successful wineries on the wine show circuit winning countless trophies and gold medals in the past 10 years. This Chardonnay is a bright straw colour with hints of golden yellow, while on the nose aromas of melon and citrus typical of the varietal are present. The long and persistent palate is wonderfully textured and a great match for some smoked trout.

A slightly different take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a lower than normal alcohol content which produces a very light and refreshing style that will allow it to be enjoyed by all for that little bit longer.

Torresella Pinot Grigio is a great example of the classic Northern Italian grape variety that displays a delicate fragrance of spice leading to a mellow, well balanced palate. Amazing value for this light dry white wine.

This wonderfully refreshing white from the north of Italy has crisp flavours of pear and apple with a flinty, minerally core. It is the Killer alternative to other aromatic whites that don't suit food pairing as much as Pinot Grigio does.
