This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Made in the traditional Charmat method, this Prosecco is vibrant, crisp, pulpy and soft with lovely florals, lemony notes and some yeasty depths. With 12 g/l residual sugar this considered extra dry under Italian Law.
