Château Pavie Decesse is a St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé property in the Côtes sub-district, considered the equal of its illustrious neighbour, Chateau Pavie. The origins of both can be traced back to ancient Roman times. The 3.5ha vineyard, on chalky, limestone and clay soils and contiguous with Pavie, is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Following cold maceration, the Chateau wine is vinified in temperature-controlled oak vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. The wine is aged in 80% new oak for between 18 and 24 months, depending on vintage character. Production is small, around 650 dozen each year. The hedonistic Pavie Decesse style combines opulent, rich, sensuous textures with minerality, freshness and concentration. Due to its lush style Pavie Decesse drinks well young, yet does develop additional complexity with time in the cellar. Wine quality has been consistently excellent under the ownership, since 1997, of Gerard and Chantal Perse.

Located in Provence, one of Frances oldest wine producing regions, Château Les Mesclances is a winery with deep family history dating back to the Roman times. With the knowledge acquired through generations of wine making and the perfect climate offered by the Provence region, the producers use direct pressing through a mechanical membrane wine press. The wine is aged for 18 months. Intense Dark Red Garnet. Blood Orange, pine and Eucalyptus. An exceptional wine with a great aromatic power and a endless depth. To drink now, with a maturateredmeat. The top-of-the-tree release, the Cru Classe Cotes de Provence is still the benchmark for Rose across the World. Pungent and highly nuanced, it features pale peach and star jasmine aromas. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate and finishes long with hints of Kumquat fruit.

Maison Les Alexandrins is a collaboration between two renowned winegrowers from the Rhone Valley - Nicolas Jaboulet and Alexandre Caso. Their wines are crafted in a signature style that is at once contemporary and timeless, and always from exceptional vineyards unearthed by Alexandre Caso, a specialist in the terroirs of the Northern Rhone. A blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, and 10% Marsanne. The fruit sourced from the low altitude vineyards provide crispness and delicacy, while the hillside vineyards bring density and richness from their granitic soils. Beautiful pale-yellow colour with shiny reflections. Combining freshness and deliciousness, the nose is seductive with aromas of ripe pears and candied quince, highlighted by spicy notes of anise. The palate reveals a beautiful balance and roundness with a tangy aromatic lift, which evolves into pastry and juicy fruit aromas. With great length, the finish presents a lovely texture which brings liveliness.
