We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. An easy drinking style, perfect for any occasion WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our two vineyards within the Limestone Coast. The Coonawarra fruit brings great natural acidity and citrus freshness, whilst the Wrattonbully bring tropical fruit flavours. VINTAGE NOTE: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. The crop levels were moderate, with aslight frost in November reducing the white varieties significantly from previous years.The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours.

With careful cellaring, this Jacob's Creek Classic Cabernet Sauvignon has developed into a beautifully balanced and elegant red. The vibrant crimson and purple hues have mellowed slightly, while the aromas of blackcurrant and cedar spice have deepened, now joined by subtle earthy and tobacco notes. In 1843, Dr Lindeman, an upstanding man of formidable character, started his own winery. In doing so, he set his sights on civilising a colony of hard-drinking ruffians by introducing them to more gentlemanly pursuits, such as the enjoyment of a refined drop. This longheld tradition continues today with this handsome Cabernet Sauvignon, rich in blackcurrant and cassis, with a dash of fortified wine for a smooth finish. A fine wine by anyones standard.

The premium full-bodied wine from Jacob's Creek Reserve range displays intensity of ripe plum with peppery spice and hint of coffee notes on the nose. It is balanced on the palate by the soft approachable tannins and cinnamon oak leading to a medium finish.

This is a vibrant red wine, with flavours of rich red and dark berry fruit. The finish is soft with vanilla oak and fine tannins creating good balance and length.

Ben Riggs has hand-crafted a delicious Shiraz Cabernet Merlot blend here that pays homage to the three-spiked prickle that can be found in the McLaren Vale region and the fact that it's hard to ignore. This unctuous red blend is also extremely hard to ignore with its seamless varietal integration that produces a wine full of richness and opulence. Ripe, dark berry fruits courtesy of Merlot along with spice elements from the Shiraz and a firm, but balanced structure from the Cabernet all come together superbly.
