Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple. These beautiful characters are supported by natural acidity, culminating the wine in a long, balanced and stylish finale. This wonderful Chardonnay tastes marvellous with crab cakes, pizza margherita and bay scallop chowder.

Bin 23 Pinot Noir is a bold, new addition to the Bin collection and promises to be a dynamic member of the Bin family - reflecting its evolving style, regional definition and the complexities of the many & varied clones of Pinot Noir.

Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay displays an initial bouquet of slate and wet stone, with nuances of lightly roasted almonds. Subtle hints of citrus, shrouded by nectarine and nashi pear fruits. On the palate, a spiced multi-citrus compote with a very delicate acidity. Balanced and will develop exceptionally well with cellaring.

Ageing for a minimum of 24 months on lees adds complexity to the fresh citrus, red apple and spring blossom aromas. The palate is crisp with a lingering, mouth-watering finish. A persistent fine bead and creamy mousse gives extra lift to these delicious aromas and flavours. Winemaking: Different parcels of fruit are all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed separately into tank for settling. Fermentation of these small batches lasts around 12 days and in 2012 only some parcels of wine were putthrough malo-lactic ferment to soften the acidity and add complexity. This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.
