The 2018 Katana Chardonnay reveals a supple core of white stone fruit and citrus blossom overlaid with tempered edges of minerality. On the palate bright varietal fruit is guided to the finish with nuances of French oak and crisp acidity.

Alluring aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, toffee and leafy notes. Medium bodied and lingering flavours of cherry and plum superbly integrated with fine tannins and spice on the finish. Will accompany many styles of fine food and game dishes also well suited to cheese.

Classic white peach and nectarine with hints of citrus, nougat and flint on the nose. A creamy, complex palate with a long acidity line giving the palate breadth and depth. Juicy white peach and citrus characters add freshness while subtle oak and lees ageing add density and interest

New to the herd is our Premium Pinot that hails from the Adelaide Hills. Vibrant with dark cherry and hints of briar with a hint of spicy oak. The palate is poised, polished and precise with good complexity and concentration.

2018 Orlando Lyndale Adelaide Hills Chardonnay,Purity of fruit underlies this wine with an abundance of stone fruit and lemon pith, however it shows plenty of restraint and precision with its tight mineral acid backbone. A multi layered palate with a seamless integration of oak and a harmonious texture that is an outstanding example of modern cool climate Chardonnay.
