This popular sparkling opens with unmistakeable Pinot aromatics of strawberries, cherry and a subtle floral lift. The ripe red fruit flavours are balanced by some crisp acidity and creamy texture.

Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple.
