It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity. This stunning Riesling from the West is all limes and citrus with great length and depth of flavour. The only problem with this wine is there is never enough to go around.

Vasse Felix is on the cutting edge of modern style Chardonnay with their focus on lean, zippy and aromatic characters. A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. Has wonderful line and length that will accompany light seafood dishes wonderfully.

The wine displays fresh green tinges to a very pale straw colour. Typical cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon aromas of lively tropical fruits and fresh herbaceous grassy characters make up an intense bouquet. The palate is fresh and lively with classic Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon characters and a fine structure that are an indication both of the quality of the vintage and the use of only free-run juice. The Hay Shed Hill vineyard is situated on a picturesque property that was established as a group settlement farm for returned soldiers from the First World War. Known as Sussex Vale the property was originally a dairy farm. The current homestead, considerably renovated, still has much of the original Group Settlement look and feel. Vines were first planted in the early 1970s. In the late 1980s the vineyard was bought by the Morrison Family and the wine brand Hay Shed Hill was established taking its name from the local reference to the hay shed located on the property. The sister label, Pitchfork, was developed to complement the single vineyard Hay Shed Hill label. A series of ownership changes saw numerous alterations to labels, wine style and distribution until the current group of partners bought back the farm and the brand in late 2006 and returned to the original concept of producing wine with integrity that expresses the quality of the site.

Hay Shed Hill has delicate grapefruit and stone fruit flavours on the palate. And these flavours are matched with fine, minerally acidity with suble oak towards the finish.

When Michael Kerrigan was at the height of his powers making wine for another premium WA producer, he decided to pull up stumps, buy some vines, and make wine his way. Hay Shed Hill was born and an impressive move for "Kegs" it was. Pitchfork is their everyday drinking range, designed to be fresh and fruit forward for early enjoyment. This great little dry white is zesty, clean and fresh, delivering all the fruity goodness your heart could desire.

With not only Robert 'Bob' Oatley's signature on the label, the wine itself has the signature of winemaker Larry Cherubino all over it. Supple and elegant along power and poise are all trademarks of the award winning WA winemaker; all of which are on display here with the Signature Series Chardonnay from Margaret River. Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.

The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

Umamu Estate only releases their wines when theyve had time to develop in the bottle and this Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is drinking beautifully now. In the glass: Beautifully vibrant bright lemon with a still-youthful green tint. On the nose: Lifted mix of toast and honey development. On the palate: Rich and beautifully developed with a lovely warm core of buttered toast, preserved lemon and lemon curd in a terrifically textured, layered and complex wine. So remarkably fresh and complex.
