Deep Woods Estate Sauvignon Blanc
This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

Founded by James Halliday, Yarra Valley's Coldstream Hills winery has a reputation for producing quality wine. The Pinot Gris displays gentle white flower perfume, almonds and white fleshed fruit. The palate is subtle, but plenty enough flavour, glossy lightly powdery texture, some crunch of green pear on a long finish. Beautifully turned out.

Oxford Landing Regenerate Chardonnay
Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe peaches, stone fruits and fig with a delicious waft of wild honey and native wildflowers. The layers of flavour on the palate reflect not only the Chardonnay fruit but the use of wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing on yeast lees.
