919 Special Release Chardonnay is light gold with green tints. The aroma is perfumed and complex, with toasty marshmallow and vanilla Chantilly cream aromas, fresh grass, roasted white peach , white fig, apricot, apple and honey and a touch of cinnamon and ginger spice. The palate is intense, rich and full bodied with creamy lemon curd, orange zest, blossom, white peach and vanilla flavours, perfectly balanced oak and acid and a long, structural finish. Match this to classic creamy garlic prawns or mushroom risotto. Drink fresh, or cellar 5-10 years. Serve chilled. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness.

Fresh from Henschke's Littlehampton site in the Adelaide Hills, there are little squeaks of telltale bronze tones around the edges, then pears and almonds before a scoop of lychees and a mouth full of bright acids and herbal aromatics lolling around within its typical viscosity.

There's plenty of Margaret River character here in this crisp Semillon Sauvignon Blanc white blend. There is texture and lively fruit. The nose displays a subtle tropical character with the addition of pear and citrus edges. The palate is delicate yet intensely flavoured with a very long finish. Sangiovese is an Italian grape variety suited to the warm climate of South Australia's Riverland. This wine has delicate pink hues, but intense aromas and flavours of cherry, watermelon, strawberry and spicy vanilla. Pair 919 Reserve Sangiovese with smoked duck, savoury charcuterie or pizza, and finish with a cherry tart. Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature or cellar until 2023.

The zesty perfume of lemon curd and citrus zest is complemented by a hint of oceanic oyster shell and sea spray. The persistent bead drives the long and elegant palate which is creamy yet crisp, with rich flavours of honey-almond nougat and citrus tarts, complemented by a slate-like minerality and the zesty zing of acidity akin to a freshly picked lemon.

A lovely off white, copper hue to the wine. Not quite rose, but a really appealing blush. The nose has mandarin peel, fennel and a touch of funk and wet earth. Palate is racy, with cumquat and dried flower notes. Finishes with a vanilla note, and a savoury, phenolic bite. Theres skinsy and bunchy notes throughout, but they are in harmony with the pristine fruit and energy of a white wine from this cool, humid year.
