Cremant To Die For is a playful take on Cremant de Die, an appellation for dry sparkling wines located halfway up the Rhone Valley on its Eastern side. Cremant To Die For is a blend of 85% Clairette Blanche, 10% Aligote, and 5% Muscat. It is made in traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 12 months on lees. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and subtle almond meal. The mousse is soft and gentle on the palate, balanced with a subtle, fruity sweetness. A light, pleasant, easy-drinking sparkling wine.

Immediately appealing aromas of tropical fruits such as guava, kaffir lime and green mango against a more restrained nashi pear note. The exotic fruit profile intermingles with Asian spices such as lemongrass and pickled Japanese ginger. The palate’s medium weight demonstrates a lightness and deft touch, with long acidity and acute fruit flavours. The mineral like acidity shines through with a saline and seashell freshness.

Seductive pale-yellow colour with shiny reflections. This wine reveals a nose full of freshness and deliciousness with aromas of very ripe pears and candied quince, with a hint of anise. Round and well balanced, the palate offers tangy notes before evolving towards pastry and juicy fruit aromas. The long finish is lively with a nice texture.
