Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. Rob has been making wines in the Yarra Valley for over 20 years and has played a pivotal role in the Valley's evolution. The True Colours Dry Rose is a pale-rose/copper with a pink hue. Aroma's of Rose petals, red berries followed by a dry, savoury, textural and refreshing finish.

La Boheme Act One Opera Singer and Yarra Valley diva, Dame Nellie Melba, played the part if Mimi in 'La Boheme' based in the Latin Quarter of Paris in the 1800s. There were four acts in the opera, the last ending, as usual, in tragedy. Act 1 sets the scene for the characters; filtration, moonlight, impoverished artisans, working girls, embroidered flowers and of course, the anticipation of summer. This aromatic and cheeky Riesling with some interesting charcters of Pinot Girls and Gewitztraminer thrown in, conjures up a similar feel. Perfumed, textural, delicious.

A selected blend of cool-climate Chardonnay from our premium vineyard sites. Naturally fermented in barrel, matured on lees for 9 months and displaying classic Yarra Valley line, length and complexity.

Grown on the Bunnamagoo vineyards in Mudgee and held in French oak for nine months and stirred often to aid the final texture. The result is a wine that shows notes of grass and lemon with a complex hint of dough. The flavours continue on the textured palate with fine acidity and good length.
