Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. His mission is to bring that to a wine that has distinctive character (and have fun while doing it) Blended in batches or cuvees using vintage and reserve wines, this small batch blending gives terrific consistency to each bottling and enables the introduction of fresher wines over time for ultimate drinkability and complexity.

This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.
