Fresh, zesty citrus and melon jump from the glass supported by notes of almond meal and sublte French oak spice. The palate shows incredible clarity of fruit framed up by the considered use of new French oak. Barrell fermentation and lees stirring adds a level of richness and compexity delivering an wine that speaks of place. Sourced from the cooler North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill. Whole bunch pressed, wild ferment, wild malo. Matured in French oak and stainless steel tank for 5 months and early bottling in Spring without fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes: Pineapple, nectarine and lime aromatics along with lengthy butterscotch and biscotti flavours. A well-structured wine to be enjoyed from now to 2020.
