Pacha Mama has put down roots, out in the sticks, amidst the vines of Yarra Glen. This Chardonnay celebrates its Yarra Valley home. It's vibrant, yet complex. There's a bit of fruit, burnt matchsticks mingle with melon and citrus. It's all about harmony and balance.

This is a fantastic example of rich, powerful Chardonnay.In the glass: Pale lemon.On the nose: Ruby grapefruit, apple, peach and cashew. On the palate: Powerful and layered with a solid core of white and yellow fruit, nutty complexity, creamy texture, a subtle salty hint, racy acidity and lovely savoury oak support.

Grown on the Bunnamagoo vineyards in Mudgee and held in French oak for nine months and stirred often to aid the final texture. The result is a wine that shows notes of grass and lemon with a complex hint of dough. The flavours continue on the textured palate with fine acidity and good length.

Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. The wine was aged in both seasoned French barriques and state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale straw in colour, notes of green apple and citrus with hints of blossom. The palate is generous with firm acidity.

Sourced from the cooler North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill. Whole bunch pressed, wild ferment, wild malo. Matured in French oak and stainless steel tank for 5 months and early bottling in Spring without fining or filtration.
