St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

Hentley Farm winery is nestled into the foothills of the Western Barossa in Seppeltsfield. The wines produced from this part of Barossa are rich and supple. They are highly perfumed, with fine grained tannin profiles. La Petite Beauté is carefully nurtured from the vineyard to the bottle, gently basket-pressed, and ahed in French oak to preserve these beautiful characteristics. This Cabernet Sauvignon is textured with layers of dark berry flavours, dark chocolate and spice notes. It has a creamy texture with firm, yet fine grained tannin profile. From the wizards at Langmeil comes a wine of stunning character, truly reminiscent of the Barossa region. Delicious, rich aroma of blueberries, raspberries and Satsuma plums fills the nostrils with hints of mocha, Anzac cookies and briary spice. The palate is bright, juicy fruit lives up to the aroma and is balanced nicely with sweet oak, briary and peppery spice and youthful, firm tannins. The palate is quite full with a long, velvety, fruitful and spicy finish.

Located in High Eden, a sub-region of the Barossa, approximately 550 metres above sea level, Mountadam was originally established in 1972 by the late David Wynn for his winemaking son Adam. Since 2005, it has returned to being a family owned and run winery, with David and Jenni Brown overseeing its success.
