Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby Bourbon Whiskey ( Release)

Woodford Reserve has a rich history dating back to the 1830s when the Woodford County distillery became a hub of discoveries and innovative practices that shaped the bourbon industry. Today, this pioneering spirit is embodied in the Woodford Reserve Distillery's Master's Collection. The brand's tradition began with Master Distiller James Crow and distillery owner Oscar Pepper, who created the first true Kentucky bourbon whiskies. Woodford Reserve prides itself on attention to detail, emphasizing its origins and production process. The bourbon is crafted from a grain recipe of 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley, resulting in a flavourful and balanced profile. The water used in production is sourced directly from the distillery, naturally filtered by limestone deposits. Woodford Reserve's fermentation process is one of the longest in the industry, allowing for a depth of character and a range of flavours. The bourbon is distilled in both pot stills and column stills, creating a unique flavour combination. Maturation takes place in new, charred, white oak barrels made at their own cooperage, contributing to the flavour, complexity and balance of the final product. Woodford Reserve is committed to sustainability and responsible practices. With its dedication to quality and meticulous craftsmanship, Woodford Reserve continues to be a pioneer and innovator in the bourbon industry, producing exceptional and flavourful spirits. Jack Daniel's 1136 Whiskey

This is the soul of American whiskey. Its distinct and unique taste comes from refining "mellowing" the freshly distilled whiskey drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. The distilled whiskey is then matured in American Oak barrels hand-made by Jack Daniel's themselves. The only major distiller in the world to make their own barrels. Each batch is made from marrying 170 barrels from all levels of the barrel houses to achieve consistent colour and taste. Interesting fact - every drop of the world's biggest selling whiskey comes from a single source, Lynchburg, Tennessee.

Redemption Bourbon

84 Proof mash bill: 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley. Average of 3 years, aged in charred oak barrels. The high amount of corn gives this bourbon a classic sweet taste with notes of vanilla and caramel from the wood, and the rye adds some light spice flavor.

High West Whiskey American Prairie Bourbon

Meet the American West's most innovative and inviting bourbon. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged a minimum of two years in charred white American oak barrels. Never chill-filtered or carbon-treated and utilising a variety of high rye content mash bills to convey an earthy complexity (with a bit of spice). The perfect marriage of richness and brightness expressed by notes of honey nougat, sweet cornbread biscuits, and lemon zest with caramel apples and pecan pie lingering on the finish. Whether sipped or stirred, this bourbon is blended to be your tried and true. Nose: Light caramel and sweet vanilla. Taste: Rich and earthy on the palate with well-balanced flavours of candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits. Enjoy: Great in cocktails, but has the complexity to stand on its own.

Booker's True Barrel Bourbon (Batch -01E)

In 1988, Booker Noe, Grandson of Jim Beam introduced his own signature bourbon - 'Booker's'- hand-selected and bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. He first created 'Booker's' as a holiday gift for close friends, but the whiskey was so well received that he decided to make it available to bourbon lovers worldwide. This is a big, muscular style of bourbon with plenty of spice, dried fruits & toasted nuts. Each batch varies slightly as Booker's is bottled uncut at barrel strength usually around 60% abv. Remarkably well-balanced for such a brawny style, opens up nicely with a splash of water and would go even better with a good cigar. This batch is named in honour of Charlie Hutchens, the craftsman behind the signature wooden boxes that each bottle of Booker’s Bourbon comes in, in the American market. He is also a long-time family friend and former employee of Booker Noe. This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses for over 7 Years. The breakdown of barrel storage for Booker’s 2023-01E is as follows: 3% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Q, 17% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse G, 24% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse Z, 27% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z, 29% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse 1. The colour of this batch is pleasant to the eye with an amber colour of a well-aged bourbon. The nose is balanced without too much wood and with hints of oak, toasted nuts, and vanilla. The taste is balanced with a slight warmth and has a pleasant finish. This batch was bottled at 126.6 proof. Batch - 2023-01E
