Miracle On The Wire Central Ranges Cabernet Sauvignon

The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This well-rounded wine is displaying dark fruits of blackberry and currant balanced by fine grained tannins. The gentle French oak complements the fruit weight, providing seamless structure and length to the palate. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3-5 years.

Vinifera Cabernet Sauvignon

A warm, dry vintage in 2018 allowed the vines to thrive and has produced a wine dense and dark purple in colour. Expect leafy and tomato bush characters on the palate with generous yet soft tannins in this medium-bodied wine. Aged in French and American oak barrels producing a versatile drop to be enjoyed both now and as it matures.

Robert Stein Rum Tawny

This Tawny style fortified is a blend of 5 to 12 year old Port, matured in old rum casks to create a rustic and generous style fortified wine. Best served after meals with hard cheese, and around a campfire with friends.

Mount Lawson Merlot

When properly grown and blended Merlot is one of the great grape varieties capable of producing rich, well-structured wines. The Mount Lawson Merlot explores the full possibilities of the grape with dark cherry and plum aromas leading to generous flavours of red tree fruits and a soft mid-palate redolent of blackberry. The finish is long and satisfying with hints of vanilla.

Robert Stein Mudgee Merlot

This Merlot displays forest fruit and plum characters, dark chocolate flavours in the mouth, with a supple medium weight tannin finish. Being fruit off the older Robert Stein vineyard block that was planted back in 1989 has helped add complexity to this early drinking style.
