Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted from grapes grown on our Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee, NSW. With attractive and ripe red fruit characters, the aroma displays subtle leafy hints in a nod to the variety. A synergy of opulent ripe fruits and nimble tannins is in fine balance and of excellent length. Patient cellaring will reward at 10+ years.

When properly grown and blended Merlot is one of the great grape varieties capable of producing rich, well-structured wines. The Mount Lawson Merlot explores the full possibilities of the grape with dark cherry and plum aromas leading to generous flavours of red tree fruits and a soft mid-palate redolent of blackberry. The finish is long and satisfying with hints of vanilla.

This Tawny style fortified is a blend of 5 to 12 year old Port, matured in old rum casks to create a rustic and generous style fortified wine. Best served after meals with hard cheese, and around a campfire with friends.

A warm, dry vintage in 2018 allowed the vines to thrive and has produced a wine dense and dark purple in colour. Expect leafy and tomato bush characters on the palate with generous yet soft tannins in this medium-bodied wine. This Shiraz though is sourced from the Cambrian rich soils of Heathcote, a region which has quickly become one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing areas. Dark berry and spice dominated, there are underlying notes of pepper and crushed herbs. Fermented in 100% French Oak, there is a subtlety to this Shiraz that lends itself to many cuisine matches.

If you love your big, bold and brash Barossa Shiraz, then look no further. Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz produce wine of utmost power and strength. Their Gnarly Dudes is a perfect example.
