Partial malolactic fermentation followed, which gave the wine complexity, intensity and structure. The result is a modern-styled Chardonnay displaying a pale straw colour with light green hues. Blissful aromas of peach, grapefruit and citrus flow from its attractive nose, while the rich and juicy palate depicts concentrated fruit flavours that lead to a cleansing finish and a pleasing mouthfeel.
