Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.

Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality.
