The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.

This delicious sparkling blend of Chardonnay and Semillon has aromas of green apple and sweet pastry, with bright acidity and fresh crunchy fruits on the palate.
