Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

The Josef Chromy Sauvignon Blanc provides aromas of ripe lychee and sweet gooseberry with fresh herbaceous notes. The palate is soft and full with flavours of lychee, elderflower and lemongrass.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and melon aromas mix with toasty vanillin oak and spice. Rich fleshy ripe peach, tropical fruit and melon flavours mix with dried honey and spicy vanillin oak characters. Round and full in the mouth with good underlying acidity it finishes with plenty of fruit. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 12.7%

These flavors from Kendall - Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay, delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio is is a lovely expression of the variety with aromas of pear, stone fruit and honeysuckle. Crisp and medium-bodied, the flavours of quince and spice are framed by clean acidity.
