A recent addition to the Petaluma stable, the Petaluma of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of modern Australian winemaking when let to mingle with traditional wine estate and aged vineyards. Notes of dark chocolate, mocha, espresso and forest floor sit alongside bold blackcurrant fruit and cedar nuances. The finish is long and sustained.

Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.

A stylish blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a touch of Shiraz and Petit Verdot, from low yielding vineyards have produced another wine of elegance and class. Blackberry, mint and tobacco flavours are framed by fine tannin. The Shiraz adds some supple softness and the Petit Verdot adding aromatic lift. Another triumph!

This brilliant wine is made in honour of Hardy's founding father, Thomas Hardy. He arrived in the Barossa in 1850 and since then, Hardy's have strived to produce wines of the highest quality. The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. Produced from premium Shiraz grapes grown on Coonawarra's famous Terra Rossa soil, this well structured wine exhibits great depth and varietal flavours. This Redman Shiraz drinks well now but will reward 5-7 years cellaring.
