Hailing from northern Italy, the Lubiana family have been winemakers for generations. Since 1990 Stefano has continued his family's legacy in the pristine vineyards of Tasmania. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the best vineyards in Derwent River. Stefano's care and meticulous attention to detail, result in a wine of both power and elegance.

In the glass: Fine straw yellow with a very slow release fine bead. On the nose: Nectarine and peach over hazelnut with leesy richness. On the palate: Intense and elegant with white peach and white strawberry umami plus fine elements of flint, struck match and velvety roundness under a bright, racy frame of acidity. Deliciously mouth-watering and crisp yet so flavoursome.

Bannockburn is spicy with well intergraded savoury oak and great acidity backbone. The varietal flavours such as, raspberries, strawberries and red cherries fruits lingers with a faint hint of forest floor on the palate with well supporting tannins. A greatly composed wine, this is undoubtedly pushing the setting of this country's benchmark for Pinot Noir to another level.

Red fruit-driven with generous flavour, fine minerality and textural viscosity. A seamless and elegant palate with flavours of blood orange, lychee, malted barley and truffle. A firm natural acidity provides the backbone for the longevity and vibrancy of this elegant style.

A contemporary pale colour and dry palate with beautiful elegance and flavour persistence. Flavours are reminiscent of maraschino cherry, lychee, sourdough yeast and fresh pastry. The low dosage expresses an exquisite balance of sugar, acidity and fine tannin.

Tasmania is producing world-class sparklings and this is one of the very best examples. Subtle complex and elegant it shows fine intense fruit with classic toasty creamy yeast character.
