By not utilising the Burgundy technique of fermentation in oak casks this wine highlights the pure Chardonnay aromas and flavours of stone, citrus and melon fruits. The mouth-filling, smooth, fruit-salad flavours are harmoniously balanced by a refreshing crisp long finish.
