A limited release seasonal Gin, inspired by the Marrickville team’s favourite cocktail. This is a juniper-forward Gin (not a Gin liqueur), with tropical botanicals including coconut, pineapple, pandan leaf, lime, nutmeg and allspice. On the nose, there’s a nice kick of juniper with an underlying tone of caramelized pineapple and vanilla. Toasted coconut and hints of sea-spray and citrus add freshness. When sipped, the oily consistency coats the palate with silky coconut flavours contrasted by lime peel bitterness and fresh grassy notes. For serving, this sits well in a Martini or a Southside, but it’s just made for fruit juice - or take the distillery’s advice and make their version of a Piña Colada, with fresh-squeezed pineapple, a splash of coconut cream, a touch of sugar, squeeze of lime and bitters, served simply on the rocks. 5000 bottles produced. 42% Alc./Vol.

Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanicals Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. Packed full with juniper, this is a gin-lovers gin, full of punchy flavours of juniper, citrus earthiness and just a hint of sweetness to round it out. Enjoy as a classic G&T or as a negroni with gin, sweet vermouth and campari, garnsihed with an orange wedge or orange peel.

Rather than grain, we make our gin from Shiraz wine spirit distilled with juniper berries, coriander, orange peel and Shiraz grapes. The result is a rich, jammy gin with Shiraz fruit flavours balanced with juniper, earthiness and spice. Enjoy over ice with a dash of soda water, or get creative with a cocktail mixing shiraz gin, Tempus Two Prosecco, Soda and a generous blood orange wedge.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.
