The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

A pale straw colour with vivid green hues. Gunflint, almond and lemon zest characterise the aroma. The wine has a steely edged structure and the mid-palate is filled with white peach and oyster-shell flavours. It draws into a long, spicy finish.

Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.

Brown Brothers continue their run of good form with yet another brilliant sparkling wine that offers jaw-dropping value for money. The wine explodes in the mouth a soft creamy feeling that is a direct result of the very fine bubble. The green apple flavours carry through to the palate with lemon citrus notes accompanied by the soft creaminess and a delicate and refreshing acid on the finish.
