Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay
The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.
Franklin Tate Estates Traditional Chardonnay
The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Rich and complex buttered notes are blended together with a citrus precision that permeates the entire palate. A brilliant example of premium Margaret River Chardonnay.
Michelini Chardonnay
Medium yellow colour, with the aromas of honey and fig fruit. Rich and buttery with balanced oak length.
Pizzini Rosetta
Using the mainstay Italian variety Sangiovese, Fred Pizzini has crafted a dry style of rose with tropical fruits and floral undertones. Perfect with al fresco dining!
Dal Zotto Arneis
Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.

Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. Delicious now - and will get better with bottle age!
Once & Well Chardonnay
Once & Well is an elegant example of Chardonnay from the cool climate of Margaret River. Once & Well sets a high benchmark for this wine style.
