The nose is a riot of citrus, white florals and stone fruits. Medium bodied and displaying hallmark varietal freshness from the lovely natural acidity, this wine has a juicy, mouth-watering texture. Flavours of ripe citrus, nectarine and honey dew are held in check by a finish that is effortlessly long and dry. The Abbey Vale Vineyard, planted in 1985, is truly one of the jewels in the Margaret River region. This family-owned Estate, with its iconic vineyard and cellar door, has been entrusted to a new generation of wine professionals resulting in uncompromising quality.

Clos Saouma Arioso Blanc, Châteauneuf-du-Pape This is sourced entirely from the Lieu-dit of Pierredon and 100% Grenache Blanc. Its vinified the same way as the Magis see above however the élevage is just one single 500 litre demi-mud for 36 months on full lees, no racking/sulphur for the full period.

Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. The wine was aged in both seasoned French barriques and state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale straw in colour, notes of green apple and citrus with hints of blossom. The palate is generous with firm acidity.

This variety made famous by the Loire Valley is starting to gain a footing in Australia. Coriole Chenin Blanc is fresh and elegant on the palate, comprising pineapple and gooseberry fruits with an attractive smoky finish.

Lifted Aromas of honeysuckle, pear and quince. The palate is lively and textural with pear juice and ginger flavour’s and a crisp acid finish.
