Marzipan characters of Goulburn Valley apricot kernels, held over from Marionette Apricot Brandy and Muscat from Australia's fortified-wine heartland Rutherglen rounds out this classic cocktail staple. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is made from 100% Tasmanian apples crafted into cider and distilled through our copper still in our 1840s stable. Sweet and clean with subtle apple flavours. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is a perfect after dinner drink served over ice or as a great cocktail base to create a OKD style mojito with soda, mint and lime.

Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Serve from the freezer, neat, over ice-cream or with soda and ice for a refreshing and special experience.

Capricorn rum Liqueur Queenslands finest sugarcane is harvested, crushed and refined to produce a beautiful, thick molasses that is at the heart of our pot distilled rum. Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways.
