Marchand & Burch Villages Chardonnay

Delicate and gentle notes of cooler climate fruits fill the nose; wet stones, chalk, fine citrus zest and orange blossom. The palate is lissom and has a mineral water like weight as citrus fruits mingle with toasted nut-meal and caramel. A fine and soft acidity retains levity and gives length and crispness to finish this Chardonnay by Marchand and Burch.

Joshua's Fault Chardonnay

Whole bunch picked and gently pressed, then barrel fermented with 25% new oak for 11 months. Grapes grown in the Canberra District with its cool climate ripen slowly, allowing more intense flavours to develop. This wine has a bright golden straw colour and aromas of stone fruit and gentle oak, ripe melon and grapefruit characters with a well-balanced, long lingering finish.

Puppetmaster Chardonnay

Delicate, ethereal notes of citrus blossom, honeysuckle and peach fuzz mingle with undertones of crème caramel and vanilla. The palate exhibits refined fruit flavours of honey dew, citrus and fig with a sprinkle of nutmeal and an enduring, fine, mineral acidity to finish.
