Spinifex Papillon is a vibrant and luscious red from the Baross Valley that is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mataro. Made in the typical modern Australian mould, the Papillon is bright and aromatic with lifted cherry, red currant and spicy raspberry. A very perfumed wine with earthy flavours of beetroot and white pepper which lends itself to being a terrific food style wine with lovely acid structure and a medium weight.

Red wine artisan, Marco Cirillo, has produced a single vineyard Shiraz with as minimal intervention as possible. Using 90% whole berry and 10% whole bunch as well as natural yeast fermentation without fining or filtering, this Shiraz screams of its terroir. Expressive fruit up front of plums and red berries with small waft of leafy characters. The palate dances across the tongue without hindrance from over use of oak and is a supreme wine for the price.

Pirramimma Shiraz is full-fruited and powerful, with sweet plum and mocha along with cinnamon notes and dark chocolate which are all typical regional characters of McLaren Vale.

The palate is guided by very fine-grained, chalky tannins, with soft acidity providing drive & liveliness. The Chalmers Nero dAvola is deliberately made in a drink-young, lifted red-fruit style reminiscent of the Cerasuolo wines of Vittoria. This wine shows a vibrant fruits-of-the-forest and blueberry nose with pretty rosehip aromatics. The medium-bodied palate marries savoury boysenberry fruit with chalky tannins, sweet spice and just a touch of blood orange.

Product is blended and stocked in steel tanks before bottling. This blend aims to display an international style whilst maintaining the taste characteristics of a typical Veronese wine. The grape mix makes it unique, unusual and interesting. Pale yellow colour. On the nose it displays citrus-like notes and hints of acacia. On the palate it has good acidity, with suggestions of pears and rennet apples. Flavour floods your palate and it has a pleasing, persistent finish.
