The 2015 De Iuliis Steven Vineyard Shiraz shows a deep crimson colour with a purple hue and contains 13% of alcohol. Intense aromas of berry, spice and pepper flow from the vibrant bouquet while the palate is rich and juicy with flavours of black cherries, ending the wine in a captivating climax. This Shiraz varietal develops strong fruit characters with a cellaring period of 10 years and tastes best with slow cooked lamb shoulder and BBQ pork.

Elegant and medium bodied, Indigene by Spinifex is a Shiraz Mataro blend typically displaying ripe red and black complemented by forest floor and savoury undertones hinting of the Old World. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards averaging in age between 60-100 years, providing the blend with impressive intensity and depth of flavour. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak.

2014 has been touted by many as the best vintage since 1965 and our flagship Shiraz, the Fenestella’ Shiraz, showcases this extraordinary vintage. After which the wine has now begun to show off a wonderful array of warm spicy notes with that trademark mouthfilling soft tannin and gentle acidity. St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues.
