Deep brick red in colour this classic Hunter red by Mount Pleasant offers blackberry leather and cedary oak aromas. The Rosehill's palate is mouth filling and satisfying with spicy sweet fruit flavours and firm tannins on the finish.

This wine is crafted from hand picked Shiraz grapes from two of the oldest vineyards in the Hunter Valley. Quality fruit produces a beautifully rich and seamless palate of sweet red and blackberry fruit, combined with dense vanilla oak and a chocolatey finish. Ideal fo long term cellering.

The palate is in the Hilltops medium bodied style and does not disappoint with lashings of juicy cherry fruit integrated with fine tannins throughout the palate and a fresh lingering acidity. Sangiovese thrives in the well drained red soils of the Hilltops region near Young, NSW; The dry climate and long growing season of warm sunny days and cold nights produces an intensely flavoured and classically styled wine. The colour is dark crimson. It has aromas of lifted red and blue berry and oak spice. It is elegantly structured with dark plum and red fruits with a hint of blueberry, integrated oak carried by silky tannins and supple acidity.

The Jim Barry McCrae Wood is a fine example of the bold Clare Valley Shiraz style. Intense and concentrated, it is well worth putting away for five years at least!

Laughing Jack Greenock Shiraz is sourced from vineyards exclusively in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Located in the Valley's western edge, Greenock imparts warm, plush fruit characters with a dark chocolate and leather backbone. The Laughing Jack shows all of these qualities in abundance, especially the dark chocolate aspect with real concentration of flavour. A very powerful wine.

Balthazar was the last of the Babylonian kings whose empire ended after he drank from a mythical sacred chalice. A fascination with ancient history and an appreciation of the deep sense of irony that befalls those who choose their drinks - and drinking vessels - unwisely, prompted the name. concentrated and generous blackberry, dark cherry, plum & dark chocolate flavours balanced by velvety tannins and savoury oak complexity delivering texture and structure on the long, persisting palate.

Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's. Recent years has seen a growing trend for the luscious perfumed styles like those emanating out of the northern Rhône and the Bin 138 produces a brilliant example.
