First Creek Winemaker's Reserve Shiraz

Plum and blackberries with a hint of black pepper. Mulberry, blackberry and plum flavours with earthy complexities and hints of liquorice. Supported by fine velvety tannins, with a long satisfying finish. Cold soaked for 36 hours before being fermented with neutral yeast in open top fermenters. Plunged 4 times a day in the height of ferment to extract delicate fruit tannins and enhance the vibrant colour. He had an astounding ability to make and recognise small unique parcels. And depending on what style they were, light-bodied, medium-bodied or full-bodied, O'Shea gave each of them different code names: Mountain C, Mountain A and Mountain D.

Cael's Gate Riverina Handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon

The Riverina region was largely unafected by the heavy rainfall experiencedby other parts of New South Wales and this allowed Cael’s Gate to continueproducing their highly sought-after single vineyard wines. The cool night and warm days were the perfect growing environment for ripening grapes and thelack of disease and high sugar content contributed to a perfect harvest. The Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Cael’s Gate is aged in new premiumFrench oak barrels. The wine is beautifully fruited with a complexity of favoursdisplaying black currant, spiced cherry, thyme and cedar notes to tantalise thenose. The palate delivers a succulent fruit intensity and a supple mouthfeelthat is well supported by chalky tannins. The finishing notes are persistent andabundantly flavoursome.

Mount Pleasant Mothervine Pinot Noir

Australia’s oldest Pinot Noir vineyard, planted in 1921 by Maurice O’Shea. The vines from this block have given the Australian Wine Industry the famed MV6 clone which is now planted throughout the greatest Pinot Noir grape growing regions in Australia. Still producing today, these vines are carefully tended and provide wines of structure and power. Perfumed floral and red fruits combined with spice and leather. A soft luscious palate with bright fruits and structural long tannins. The Old Hill Pinot is a delight as a young fresh example and as history shows, will continue to develop and become more complex for the long term.

Made using grapes from vines over 100 years old. Vivid purple in colour with aromas of black current, blueberry, leather and spice. The palate is long and layered with black and blue fruits, and layers of leafy complexity with tobacco and chocolate notes.

DRAYTONS FAMILY WINE RESEVE TOURIGA NACIONAL

An extremely lifted aromatic profile reminiscent of violets and/or other sweet floral notes. These are complemented by a black/blueberry fruit flavours that taste sweet and ripe. On the palate the wines tend to display a degree of texture and has an extremely generous body due to the fine tannin and acidity interplay
