Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot
This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. It is a beautifully made wine with great balance and a lengthy finish. It will be great with meat dishes or even a cheese platter. Owned by Calneggia Family Vineyards, one of Margaret River's pioneering grape growers with winemaker legend Brian Fletcher pulling the winemaking levers.
Rosabrook Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of succulent Sauvignon Blanc and grassy Semillon. The palate is flint-dry with an initial impact of sweet racy fruit and a fine and lengthy finish.
Vasse Felix Classic Dry Red
Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.
Vinaceous Voodoo Moon Malbec
A traditional red grape variety from Bordeaux in France, Malbec is increasingly being grown in Australia. The grape is renowned for its deep colour, generous fruit expression and full flavour. Margaret River wine region offers great growing conditions for the variety. Malbec wines from this region show great depth and beautifully reflect the character of the grape. This is not surprising considering Margaret River and Bordeaux experience similar climatic conditions.
The Lone Quince Cab Merlot
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 86%; Merlot 14% Purple with crimson edges looks serious in the glass. Tobacco leaf feint cassis purple plums a complex nose which adds weight to the serious theme. Quality MR Cabernet leads the charge here. A wine with high cheek- bones. Just ripe cabernet gives this sinew and poise. Merlot is subservient almost hard to detect. Terrific wine, at almost twice the price.

Devil's Lair The Hidden Cave is a concept from a Margaret River icon that showcases the daring with a twist of exoticism. The Cabernet Shiraz delivers aromas mocha, coffee and cassis with a hint of star anise. Tobacco leaf is also present which gives way to a rich and voluptuous palate of blackberries and dark chocolate. A truly engaging blend.
Robert Oatley Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon
This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.
Table Talk Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Margaret River is renowned for its stylish Sauvignon Blanc Semillons. This 2017 SBS is fresh and clean emanating from a multi star rated Halliday Winery. Enjoy. Balanced with bright tropical, pineapple and guava tones. Refreshing dry finish.Ø WINEMAKING Fruit picked cold in the coolness of the night. Modern white wine making techniques were used with temperature control critical from the vineyard through to the winery. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed then must chilled and pressed off the skins quickly. It was allowed to settle for 72 hours before being racked in a clarified state to a fermentation tank. Each variety was kept separately with a range of different yeast being employed on the two different parcels. It was then transferred to temperature controlled steel tanks. Ø FOOD MATCHING Best served chilled and enjoyed with a light meal such as chicken or seafood.
