First you get scents of white peach and nectarine before some hazelnut and ginger, and then just the right balance of savoury flintiness. The palate is equally complex, with a gentle creaminess balanced by mouth-watering acidity on the long, structured finish. Benchmark Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.

Along with great precision, comes lovely fruit characters also that work with a whole range of Asian-fusion cuisine.
Grosset Alea Riesling
This outstanding Riesling has subdued lavender, fresh herb aromas, lemon blossom while the palate is soft round and smoothed out by a touch of sweetness that is deep and lingering. Before being grasped by a clenched fist of acidity.. The finish is taunt, ultra-crisp with a whisper of sweetness before the zesty dry grip takes over.
Kumeu River Chardonnay
This has power and concentration yet retains delicacy and freshness. Mineral, grapefruit, almond meal and quality oak are seamlessly interwoven.
William Fevre Petit Chablis
Beginning with mineral grapefruit and flinty notes on the nose, this wine opens up superbly on the palate. Long, deep and subtle in flavour with crisp acid which completes a fine example of the style.
Lethbridge Estate Chardonnay
This wonderful Chardonnay displays an intense bouquet of complex white peach, citrus fruit and minerally undertones. The palate is long, clean and elegant.
Andeluna Altitud Chardonnay
Intense yellow colour with subtle tones olive shiny appearance. Exquisite aroma dominated by tropical fruits, citrus, coconut and nuts. A delicate and correct acidity giving a feeling of freshness. This Andeluna Altitud Chardonnay has a smooth, lingering finish. Serve at 9C. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by at least 8 months in bottle before release. Battonage (stirring of the lees) was carried out during the ageing process.
