Armand de Brignac Champagne, colloquially known as the Ace of Spades, is well known for it's striking bottle design, references in pop culture and its unquestionable quality. First produced in 1911. The fruit for Massolino's classic Nebbiolo cuvée is selected from seven sites, representing roughly seven hectares of prime-sited Serralunga vineyards. The oldest vines that feed this bottling are 55 years old (the youngest are 10), and it spends 24 months in large Slovenian oak (only).

Barbera can be a bit of a chameleon, so let's set the record straight immediately; this wine falls into the pure-fruited, punchy, lighter bodied, good-times category. Pure, black cherry, raspberry, nettle and anise aromas and flavours - perfumed and engaging - it has both sweet and savoury notes and more than enough structure to keep the palate fresh. It also showcases the finesse that is so typical of Massolino's wines. Matured in stainless steel and concrete tanks, this wine hails from a 2.2-hectare limestone-rich vineyard in Serralunga d'Alba where the vines are between 10 and 35 years of age.

Older vines and limestone-rich soil combine to make this a more structured, mineral and briny Moscato, manifesting a very refreshing and classy style. The nose is floral and fresh with the citric tang of lemons and limes. Lush and creamy at first, then loaded with a cocktail of ripe citrus, sweet herbs and honeyed apricot flavours, freshened by a mineral spine and a racy finish.

The cool slopes of the Tamar Valley region, located in northern Tasmania, have the potential to produce great sparkling wine. This richly flavoured cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir by Pirie boasts complexity from barrel-aged base wine and reserve blending. It displays the impact of terroir and the favourable interaction of climate and soil on these vines.
