This Reserve Shiraz is a true expression of our 1976 Block N, planted by our family in 1976. A deep ruby red hue leads to aromas of glazed cherry and earth notes. the palate is medium bodied but with good concentration of black fruits, savoury tannins and great length. This Reserve Shiraz would benefit from cellaring and we recommend decanting before serving.

Light ruby in colour with lifted aromas of cherry, red berry and blood plum. The palate is bright with sour cherry, fresh raspberries and cranberries and a hint of spice. Bright fruit flavours are balanced with fine, soft tannins. Aging in French oak and clonal selection add layers of complexity and finesse. Enjoy now or cellar for many years to come. The Wire walker is garnet red in colour. Perfumed and fragrant. This wine displays a generosity of ripe berry fruits complimented by savoury spice. The palate is generous offering sumptuous fruit framed by elegant supple tannins.

Bright red ruby in colour. Savoury and Pepper nose with touches of Violet. Medium to full body on the palate with Blackberry and Blackcurrant flavours and lovely long mouth feel.

Traditional varieties grown in the cool climate region of Orange, where altitudes range from 600-900 meters above sea level. These wines showcase the best of both worlds producing plush full fruited reds with bright elegant aromatics and crisp whites with beautiful aromatic intensity.

The wine displays a strong bouquet of blackberry and earth, with a soft but pronounced tannin structure. The hand-picked fruit was fermented in small open fermenters, and hand plunged several times daily. 2014 was an excellent vintage, and the perfect opportunity to start a flagship red. Beautiful winter rain, set us up with excellent vineyard balance. We had a great vintage, with warm conditions allowing perfect ripening across all varieties. A soft but pronounced tannin structure. 2019 was the inaugural vintage for Byrne Farm in cool climate Orange. Jeff Byrne is the former head winemaker at Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter. A superb first release.Attractive garnet colour. Forest floor, pot pourri, game and mushroom. Clean, delicate and very elegant, bursting with bright red fruit, velvety texture, soft oak, juicy acidity and a dry finish. Gently handled with lovely fruit expression.
